The Company
Our Client, a leading European Bank, is one of the largest banking and financial services institutions in the world with presence in more than 80 countries. They provide a comprehensive range of financial services: personal financial services; commercial banking; corporate, investment banking and markets; private banking; and other activities.

The Role
These include
- Ensure BCPs and BIAs are reviewed and signed-off within annual refresh cycle or earlier if there are material changes
- Work with the business to review call tree plans, seat requirements, application requirements every quarter
- Work with Readiness Head and maintain site readiness. Ensure seat plans are up to date and seat allocation and assignments, as well as the required resources are suitably deployed and is fit for purpose
- Conduct BCM related training/workshops to the businesses (e.g. audience can include general staff, BCM coordinators, BU Heads/Plan owners, recovery team members
- Support all BCM-led initiatives such as risk assessment reviews, key supplier reviews
- Support audit and risk control initiatives
- Conduct testing and coordinate involvement from business or support teams where required (plan walkthrough, DoA, call tree, IT DR, Industry-wide exercises), and assist to track issues to resolution
- Update the MIS records to reflect BCM compliance status
- Update Incident Management Team plans (including telephone contacts) and email distribution lists; and compile manual call tree plans
- Provide input to monthly Risk Control Committee (RCC) packs and present if required

In order to successfully implement the programme and to forge stronger relationships with key stakeholders within the SEA region, occasional travel will be required.
