An international law firm is recruiting a Business Development Manager for their real estate, construction and TMT group, this is a permanent opportunity and reports to the Director of Business Development. You will be bringing a strategic perspective and planned approach to the group.
You will be developing business development plans with a focus on targeted key sector targeting. This role will also be to project manage their bids for the group using their proposal generator system and coaching the partners for their presentation. You will also be project managing targeted campaigns using the whole marketing mix and generating leads through this.
You will have worked on bids and tenders and have a strategic approach and have worked in a BD manager role previously. A professional service background is a must and having good knowledge of the property sector would be a clear advantage.
