Urgent requirement
An urgent and exciting opportunity has just arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a market leading manufacturer of automotive refinish products such as aerosols, coatings, bodyfillers, polishing compounds and consumables.
This is an international sales role covering west, central and east Africa and will involve about 40% travel to the region. Selling through distributors the ideal candidate will need to have experience in visiting and selling through distributors in Africa. You are not required to have previous experience in selling automotive refinish products as this can be learned but ideally you will have previously sold a FMCG product.
What is also essential for this role is that candidates speak fluent French as you will need this particularly when visiting West Africa on business. Candidates who are unable to speak French will not be considered.
Ideally you will be located in and around the London area as when not travelling to London you will report to a London office. (Exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates on location but you would need to tick all other boxes.)
Candidates will also need to hold a valid passport/visa and not require sponsorship as this will also not be considered.
Interviews for this role are commencing this week and this is an immediate/urgent requirement. For the right candidate a basic salary of up to £45,000 is on offer plus a bonus that has been paying £10,000-£11,000 year and year. As there is no UK travel for this role, no company car or car allowance will be provided. All business expenses are obviously paid.
