BDM – Professional Series (Melbourne) recruitment

Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.

Products and services include wealth management, stockbroking and retail lending and banking solutions such as residential and commercial mortgages, investment lending, credit cards and relationship banking to businesses and professionals.

As part of Banking and Financial Services Group, Macquarie Global Investments (MGI) provide managed funds, alternative investments and structured products to institutional and retail investors both domestically and globally. Due to strong growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to promote our Macquarie Professional Series (MPS) product suite to the Adviser Market in Victoria (located in our Melbourne offices).

Reporting to the Head of Retail Funds Distribution, you will have specific responsibility for the promotion of the successful MPS product suite to the adviser market (including financial planners, stockbrokers and accountants). Your primary drivers will be around the acquisition of new business, as well as client expansion and retention. Whilst the MPS product suite is well established, the Victorian market presents the successful candidate with generous opportunity for large scale growth in your portfolio.
