BE THE NEXT CFO IN FEW YEARS – MEDICAL DEVICES SECTOR Job in Zaventem 1000, Flemish
A big American multinational is looking for its future-CFO. You will integrate the EMEA HQ based in the north of Brussels and be for the next few years CFO's right-hand in purpose to replace him. More specifically, the EMEA Accounting Financial Reporting Manager. This hybrid position will enable you to manage a 7 people team.
This major actor on the market can benefit from a leading position and is keeping increasing its market shares on a daily basis.
What will you do:
- Work closely with the CFO on a daily basis which will give you a lot of responsibilities
- Be responsible for the reporting in IFRS and to the US HQ, which you will have close interactions with
- Be responsible for the compliance in SOX with the Finance Director
- Find and implement solutions to maintain consistency and accuracy of the financial systems
- Coach and provide guidance to the accounting team
- Responsible for monthly closing managing your team and being hands-on
- Be in total interaction with all the departments of the Company, having a key role in the projects.
- Manage the whole accounting department budget
- Be in liaison with the external Auditors coming from BIG4
What does your background look like?

- You are graduated in finance
- You speak fluently English and Dutch
- You are creative, and also business focused

- You did manage people in the past, or you still do

Salary package!
- 75.000 to 85.000€ a year
