DESCRIPTION
Familias First is a Regional Center vendor and Non-public agency. We are currently looking for applicants to fill several Behavior Specialists positions. You will work directly with children with developmental delays (primarily autism) and the child’s family. We serve clients’ ages 2 years to 13 years, (sometimes older) in their home and/or in the community. Our agency provides Applied Behavior Analysis services, including Discrete Trial Training, and ABA-based play skills. We are looking for individuals, who love working with children, are able to connect with parents, and who are willing to learn from our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's in Psychology or related field (near completion ok).
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) highly desired.
• Enjoy working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Fast and eager learner.
• Team player.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good professional boundaries.
• Make a 1-year minimum commitment.
