Kazdon, Inc. is a Third Party Administrator located in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for a few individuals to join our team. At Kazdon, we’re looking for people who share our competitive edge, innovative spirit and who are seeking an exciting career. Currently, we have immediate opportunities for a Benefit Administrator.
Our Benefit Administrator addresses all areas of benefit administration including, but not limited to:
- Administration of section 125 claims processing, Flex Card processing, HRA Plans, COBRA and Dental Reimbursement plans
- Assisting with participant questions and working with Human Resource departments
- Daily plan compliance
- Proactively identify and assist with benefits problem resolution
- Working with Insurance Carriers and clients/prospects.
- Administration of Payroll
Qualified candidates must have the following qualities:
- Strong customer service skills (A MUST)
- Knowledge and Experience as a benefit administrator in any area
- Knowledge of Word and Excel a must
- Good written/oral communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to navigate through multiple Windows-based computer applications skillfully
- A plus, candidates with Knowledge and Experience with Health insurance.
