Job Description

Celebrate Caring at Westfield Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We're seeking an Benefits and Payroll Coordinator at our 98-bed center, located in Westfield, MA.

Primary responsibilities include day-to-day employee relations regarding employee benefits and processing bi-weekly center payroll. Maintain integrity of company policy, procedures, and compensation practices by ensuring compliance. Report areas of non-compliance or requests of such to Administrator and Regional Human Resources Director.

Job Requirements:
* Successful candidate must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
* High School education or equivalent required. Prefer additional completion of accounting course(s) from a community college or technical school.

* Prior data entry with previous payroll processing experience.
* Ability to calculate numbers and perform data entry required. 
* Must have good computer, keyboarding and data entry skills.
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
