Benefits Reporting Specialist - Budapest

Main tasks:
The Benefits Reporting Specialist role provides a vital support for one of the clients.
The candidate will perform Personnel Administration and some organizational management functions in SAP HR. The maintenance of personnel data, monitoring of SAP HR inbound and outbound interfaces, data integrity checks and Ad Hoc and Standard reporting will be the main tasks of the Specialist.
- Proactive daily reporting to spot errors before they happen
- Create and run reports timely according to payroll calendar or performed ad-hoc reports requested by internal teams or by the client.
- Testing of any new functionality in the SAP environment
- Train or provide general support on SAP for internal teams

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Fluent level of English both written and spoken
- At least 1 year experience in SAP HR module
- At least 1 year experience in Excel reporting
- Technical Diploma in Information Technology is an advantage
- At least 1 year experience in Excel programming is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
