Benelux Sales Director, Netherlands recruitment
This individual will help broaden and deepen the company’s relationships in the Benelux region within the fee-based financial adviser community.
Our client is extremely successful in educating financial adviser prospects and clients on their investment philosophy. Hence, the successful candidate, based locally, will be one who can communicate complex ideas effectively and enjoys developing strong relationships with clients.
To be successful in this high energy, growing environment, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of the Dutch market and its fee advisor community
- Be a Dutch speaker as well as fluency in English
- MBA, or equivalent qualification and/or experience
- Background or strong interest in finance/investments
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is capable of being instrumental in building a book of business and continuing to develop and maintain it thereafter.
