About the Role
- Analyzes store’s performance indicators against goals and develops plans to improve underachieving areas
- Responsible for people management which includes providing direction, performance management and development of store staff
- Assists in customer retention goals by mentoring and developing the BBY Mobile employee
- Coordinates relationships within the store to create and maintain a team-based, cooperative work environment
- Manages Store PL
- Executes company sales and marketing strategy, provides customer insights to future strategy
What you have to Offer
- Minimum 3 years of successful Retail Management in a “Big Box” store.
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills.
- Excellent Operations, Loss Prevention, Merchandising and Customer Service skills.
- Retail Management or Business Management Degree is an asset.
