Primary Job Responsibilities Primary Job Responsibilities StubHub Business Intelligence-Data Services team is responsible to deliver operational/analytical Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards. The core function of this team is to provide BI on key business metrics, analytical insights on business drivers to support Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing and other business units as customers. As a member of the BI team, the candidate?s core responsibilities are: Work with all business units of StubHub.com organization to understand data requirements. Document these requirements and define reporting solution to support clients? needs with emphasis on automation and simplification. Design and implement easy to understand and consume MIS dashboards/reports that will provide meaningful insights. Provide business decision support and strategic insight into StubHub Data Assets. Maintain data quality and standards and enforce reporting governance. Serve as a key member of the Business Intelligence Analytics team, responsible for integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources Act as a business owner to implement the plan, resolve ambiguities and conflicting business/data architecture rules. Ensure business decisions are sound and data-driven.
