Bi-lingual Administrative Support II Job Description Provide Basic to complex administrative support to a group or department to ensure completion of work in a timely manner. Answer incoming telephone calls and refer customer questions to the appropriate party; handle and distribute department mail and communications, key data into the computer system and prepare reports for staff members utilizing word processing software. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the job's functions acquired through prior experience in a similar work environment. Receives all incoming telephone calls for accident and health claims. Responsible for answering the customers questions, which requires them to have basic knowledge of claims processing and the policy contracts. Opens mail and assigns mail numbers for the mail on the online system. Orders files and matches mail to files. High School Diploma or equivelant At least three years of relevant business experience (Insurance) 10 Key Skills Typing skills of 30 to 50 wpm Intermediate level administrative, receptionist, clerical skills Strong communication skills Good organizational skills Good telephone skills Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Your Job Search Powered by Express You have the expertise, Express has the networks.
