Bi-lingual Client Relationship Manager
My client are offering an exciting opportunity for bi-lingual speakers to joining their successful business based in the North East as Client Managers. In particular they are looking for candidates who are fluent in polish and punjabi. The position of the Client Relationship Manager is to offer outbound and inbound sales and customer support to customers. The Client Relationship Manager role entails substantial outbound calling
to clients to generate leads, general customer services queries, and administration on all aspects of the client portfolio.
The position involves:
• Managing a pipeline of prospects
• Adding new prospects to pipeline daily and advance existing opportunities out or to closure
• Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and make targeted
recommendations
• Maintaining integrity of data in CRM system
To be shortlisted for this position candidates must have:
Minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience required
Demonstrable track record of sales in a target driven environment!
• Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline building and prospect management!
• Familiarity with sales process
• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of program specific software (MS Word,
Excel, Access)
• A “can do” positive attitude!
This is a full time and permanent position paying a salary of £16,000 plus a fantastic bonus scheme.
