Bi Lingual Client Services Business Analyst – (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

 

Salary Rage - £35,000 - £40,000 PA

What does the role involve?

You’ll have the chance to help develop the processes and mechanisms needed to ensure key vendors deliver what we need, and also become the ‘go to’ person for vendor and platform related activities.

This is an exciting and fast-paced business, and we’ll be testing various propositions, channels and customer demographics.

There are 3 main areas where the successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility, as detailed below.

Development

 

The successful applicant will be expected to help develop and build products and enhancements, and also implement new initiatives on the application processing system, the card processing platform, and associated suppliers such as plastic manufacturers, printers, marketing / web agencies, brokers and Credit Bureau.

 

We use a test-and-learn approach, and it’s expected that changes will be implemented quickly.

Management

 

There are a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks that must be carried out, to ensure that particularly the card platform and application processing system continue to meet the requirements of the business e.g. monthly statement messages, validating invoices, overseeing of stock management, service reviews etc.

Systems Knowledge Centre

 

As a result of working with a variety of systems, platforms and products, there will be a number of issues and queries raised by both internal and external customers. It is expected that the successful applicant will be responsible for owning non-IT issues from inception, through to investigation and then final implementation of a solution or fix.

What skills and behaviours do I need?

·         Must be fluent in both English and Polish language

·         Experience of working in a support/development function

·         Experience of working with internal and external suppliers

·         Preferably experience of a card processing platform, preferably Base2000

·         Ability to work under pressure, maintaining very high levels of attention to detail

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to understand and interpret data and apply logical thinking to solutions

·         Able to work independently, but ensuring outcome is aligned with Bank’s strategy
