Bi-lingual Customer Service Administrator

Our client is recruiting for experienced Customer Service professional who is bi-lingual or multi-lingual, you will work for a reputable company based in Luton

The role will involve the following duties:

- Data collation from various sources, file maintenance / updating

- Working with foreign suppliers on shipping and logistical matters

- Document preparation

- Consignment tracking

- Invoicing, credit note raising, document handling

- Dealing with returns and despatches

- Must be outgoing and a strong communicator

- Bi / multilingual preferable (German, French or other)

- Excel confident

- Good telephone and email manner and grammar

- Must pay attention to detail

- Strong work ethic

- Dedicated, committed and takes responsibility to task at hand

This role is paying a salary of £18,000pa and is a Monday-Friday operation.

The successful candidate will have previously worked within a similar customer service role and must have previous experience and ideally speak another language; ideally French or German. You will have competent keyboard skills and be comfortable with MS Office. Good attention to detail is required, good communication skills with a personable and friendly nature.
