A property consultancy based in South East London is currently recruiting a Submissions Manager, this permanent role reports to the Head of marketing and will have support form 2 executives. You will be the dedicated resource for the bids and tenders and providing strategic input.

You will be identifying and completing OJEUS using their online portals and making the decision to apply or not. You will be working alongside the Bid Partner to identify the bid proposition and strategy for winning bids, project managing bids and tenders from start to finish and updating the cvs. This role will also involve an element of business development as you will be attending networking events, feeding onto the business plans and maintain marketing material.

The successful candidate will have worked within a partnership environment, ideally within property where you will have project managed bids from start to finish and had strategic input. You will have strong technical writing skills and have experience in engaging partners and coaching them before they go out to pitch for new business.
