Big 4 Audit Manager Financial Services
This Big 4 firm of Chartered Accountant have ambitious growth plans for the next 2 years’ and are looking to recruit heavily into their Financial Services (FS) assurance practice within their Leeds office.
As a Manager within the FS Assurance practice, you will lead a team to provide audit and non-audit services across the banking, insurance and asset management sectors. This will involve the provision of services to a portfolio of audit clients. Key responsibilities will therefore include; Ability to deliver value to clients by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving the business, Securing and enhancing relationships with senior client management, Effectively assigning teams to meet and exceed clients expectations, Lead and coordinate the planning and management of audit assignments and effectively managing the execution of the professional development plans of your people.
You will be fully qualified Accountant with experience of audit within the financial services industry. You will have experience of interacting with senior level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships, principally in the areas of Investment and fund management, Insurance and banking services. The ability to motivate and promote teamwork is essential. Experience of financial reporting and international standards on auditing is preferred.
