Big 4 Management Consultancy – Commodity Trading Business & IT Consultants, Managers & Directors Sought
My client is one of the largest and most prestigious firms on the planet, a house-hold blue-chip name/brand, with a reputation for excellence, hiring the brightest and best people from graduate right up to Partner level. They have a global network of clients across a number of industries which includes in some capacity, every major investment bank and energy major (including the super majors).
Working through 2 separate vertical and horizontal business units (Capital Markets and IT Consulting), my client are looking to hire a range of commodity trading business and also IT specialists, from Consultant grade right up to Director grade and possibly even Partner grade (if an exceptional individual is available). So my client are looking for ETRM / CTRM business and technical consultants (Business Analysts, Solutions Architects etc) as well as business advisory consultants who will look at the process, procedures and governance of trading commodities within existing trading desks as well as helping their clients set up new trading desks in commodities that they don’t currently trade. Capital Markets and IT Consulting are 2 distinct, very different areas of consulting which will cross over in IT where obviously ETRM / CTRM systems are an essential means of risk control. This means that there are opportunities for pure business consultants and pure ETRM/CTRM IT consultants to specialise in their niche areas on-site at leading investment banks and commodity trading houses.
This is a unique opportunity for bright and articulate commodity trading business or IT consultants to join one of the most prestigious, blue chip brands on the planet, who are already making big waves in the commodity trading industry. My client pays approximately 20% more than their Big 4 consulting rivals across all levels, as look to source the best talent from direct competitors as well as outside and also invests heavily in training and professional development, which includes financially sponsoring and supporting studying for MBAs.
