Big 4 Moscow – Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager recruitment
My client, one of the big 4 accounting firm in Moscow is currently looking for corporate finance manager and senior manager. Expatriates will be considered although Russian speakers preferred.
Job scope:
- Identifying and assessing potential targets both locally and internationally
- reviewing the acquisition strategy and assessing alternatives
- Coaching junior staff
- deal initiation / target approach / identifying and assessing prospective purchasers
- valuation, deal structuring and negotiations.
Who are we looking for:
- possess working knowledge of financial analysis and modeling with a good understanding of MA and corporate finance
- Fluent English language skill; knowledge of Russian language will be a plus
- be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- possess strong quantitative skills complemented by a strong business and commercial acumen
- Flexible for travelling
- have relevant working experience.
