Award winning, niche management consultancy specialised in the UK and Continental European Energy / Commodity Trading market seeks several experienced current or ex "Big 6" Consultants, Senior Consultants or Junior Managers with strong Capital Markets experience in any asset class (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Interest Rates and of course Commodities) to continue in or cross train into Commodity Trading consulting.
My client has established a reputation in the UK for being the dominant Energy Trading Risk Management consulting firm across both business and technology consulting working with all the major investment banks (commodity trading divisions), oil gas majors, utilities and commodity trading firms. They have been aggressively growing over the last decade hiring the brightest and best talent in the UK Energy Trading market and are keen to continue to grow by bringing on board Capital Market Consultants and Managers and cross training them into Commodities.
As well as winning several UK and European awards, they have almost a 100% retention of staff, almost non-existent bench (hence they are always hiring for the best people) and fantastic reputation in the market for the calibre of their staff (clients, market perception etc).
Profile:
- Academics - 2:1, 1st class or equivalent degree from a World leading university (if UK, at least top 20)
- Proven "Big 6" consulting track record - typically from a "Big 6" consultancy
- Strong Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Change OR Transformation experience
- Proven industry sector experience in Capital Markets (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Interest Rates and of course Energy / Commodities)
- Eagerness to cross train into Energy / Commodities
