Bilingual Account Executive

Our client, a leading Foreign Exchange Company based in Moorgate, are looking to recruit an Account Executive to work in their busy client-facing team.

Based in fantastic offices at the heart of the City, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all client queries. On a daily basis, you can expect to handle in excess of 40 inbound calls and over 50 client emails. In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have:

- Experience in handling customer service calls
- The ability to converse fluently in English and one or more major European language
- A social, outgoing personality
- An interest/awareness of the Foreign Exchange market (working experience is not required)

he main responsibilities of the role are:

- Contacting registered clients and setting up new accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively employ follow up techniques to maximise conversions
- Quote and confirm spot and forward FX trades with private clients by phone
- Handling customer enquiries both online and by phone ensuring a high level of customer service
- Advising clients on FX market movements.

Lastly, you must be available to work Thursday through to Monday, including Saturday and Sunday. The contracted working hours are listed below:

- Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Saturday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Sunday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Monday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
