Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator
Our client is an international multi-billion dollar company located in the York Region. There is an immediate vacancy for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Type of Opportunity: One year contract - Possibility to go perm
Location: York Region
Salary: $40 000
Reporting to the Manager, the Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
•Respond to external vendor’s inquires and contacting vendors about account statements
•Reconcile external vendor accounts
•Coordinate payment release issues
•Support team with pre-screening, preparing, analyzing, reviewing invoices (from 50+ offices) and resolving invoice issues in a timely manner
•Ad Hoc Reports
•Assist with month-end closing
The qualified candidate will have the following qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
•Proficiency in basic accounting and accounts payable concepts are essential
•Successfully graduated from high school
•Strong oral/written French and English communication skills
