Salary: $45,000 - $48,000

You know you can perform all your administrative tasks at an exceptional level.

Basic Requirements
- College / University Education preferred
- 3 Years of administrative support experience (Corporate Environment)
- Bilingual (English / French)
- Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook

- Organized, able to manage time, pay attention to detail and communicate very well
- Self motivated, resourceful, and ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Build relationships with senior members of staff and be relied upon
- Show business maturity, be very tactful, high degree of professional appearance and demeanour

- Flexible and adaptable to change

Duties
- Schedule, coordinate, confirm: appointments, interviews, meetings (good with outlook and calendars) – work with travel agents and personnel to schedule flights, vehicles…
- Meetings: Schedule participants, book rooms, set up refreshments, arrange for equipment
- Answer / screen calls, take messages
- Compose and reply to routine correspondence
- Type correspondence, reports, presentations, documents, and proposals
- Maintain submit principals’ time and expense sheets and maintain client mailing lists
- Exercise judgement and initiative to relieve Principals of admin duties and details as appropriate
- Provide backup for other admin staff as they will for you when required
- OTHER duties; as required
