Our client's continued success has lead to an increase in the number of supplier invoices, purchase orders and customer queries, so the Accounts Payable Supervisor requires an Accounts Payable Clerk for support resolving A/P issues.

In the Accounts Payable Clerk job you will process supplier invoices, enter purchase orders, and ensure timely payment against invoices. You will also help the A/P Supervisor with audits, act as liaison for plant and office personnel, and have the opportunity to be involved in research and development projects.

For the maintenance of address books, and the preparation of MI reports, you should be skilled in using MS Office Suite. Experience using ERP software is required for completion of accounting tasks. You will respond to internal and external inquiries, so your written and verbal skills must be excellent, and you will have proven attention to detail and organisational skills to prioritise and manage the varied workload in this role.
