Bilingual Application Support Analyst recruitment
Digital Shape Technologies Services UK Ltd is a private company and a leading provider of software solutions and services to the Alternative Investment industry through its' Multi-Asset Class Investment Management Software Application: Webfolio.
Webfolio is used globally by more than 50 financial enterprises including some of the world's top Fund of Hedge Funds Managers, Global and Private Banks as well as Fortune-500 companies.
As part of the expansion of our Customer Support team, we are looking to hire a Bilingual Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of high quality support for customers partners in their daily use of Webfolio
- Instruct employees,customers and partners in the use of Webfolio
- Main point of contact for one or more customers and partners
- Track, find and fix problems arising from live customers and partners
- Manage workload to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure that the customer CRM tool is accurately updated in a timely manner
- Escalate client issues, where relevant, to the appropriate person in the Company
- Continuous evaluation to ensure that Webfolio user documentation is kept up to date
- Strive to continually improve support practices
Required Experience/Education/Competencies
The successful candidate will be business fluent in French and English.
Business Degree or comparable qualification with a concentration in Finance or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in the Alternative Investment sector and/or a frontline Customer Support role.
Sound level of technical competency.
Experienced in dealing directly with customers.
Proactive problem solver with a good eye for detail.
Good communication and time management skills.
Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
International travel may be required so a European passport is an advantage.
