DIRECT HIRE $13.50 BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST--ENGLISH-SPANISH SPEAKING 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM BUSINESS TO BUSINESS COLLECTIONS The A/R-Collections Specialist is responsible for analysis and collection of assigned accounts receivable, as well as ensuring that assigned customers accounts are reconciled and accurate to facilitate timely collections. Works effectively with customers in a positive manner to resolve any outstanding issues preventing collection of receivables. Responsible for all collection activities including investigating delinquent accounts, calling customers and resolving billing issues. This position resolves customer issues by providing a high standard of customer service. Prepares delinquent and fraudulent accounts to be placed for collection. Handles incoming calls from internal and external customers, as well as participates in special projects. MUST be fluent in both English Spanish.
