Bilingual Civil Engineer Job in Ottawa K1p6a9, Ontario Canada
Our client is seeking a Civil Engineer for the Construction Industry.
Reporting to the Vice President of Construction Development, this employee will be responsible for the following:
- Negotiating with cities and governmental organizations to adopt understanding for the development of land for residential or commercial
- Monitoring the process of concepts and analysis of the various alternatives to maximize the value of development
- Performs cost/budget including all costs of this budget reflects an honorary form of eye flow to establish the dates of release of substantive function of the completion schedule
- Participates in meetings and vision development to report on progress on each of the projects,
- Monitors the coordination of construction documents and tender documents
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Auto CAD and MS Word
- Be fluently Bilingual
- Good time management
- Have 10 - 15 years in the field of residential and commercial construction
- A Bachelor of Architecture / Engineering
