- Assist incoming visitors and clients at reception.
- Act as the face of the company and first point of contact for clients
- Assist senior staff with various issues, administrative tasks
- Redirect calls to appropriate department
- Administration duties as assigned
- Planning itinerary and coordinate meetings
- Write and create complex reports
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- 2-5 years of experience as a Bilingual Receptionist in a corporate environment
- Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English (Written and Verbal, will be tested)
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- MS Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
