Bilingual credit & rebill specialist
My well-established and successful client based in the Communications and Technology sector is seeking a permanent Bilingual Credit Rebill specialist (French essential – German Advantageous) to join a busy team. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the client issues and billing support are seen through resolution within service level agreements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
·Delivering a high level of customer service and billing support to both internal and external customers.
·Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers’ communication via various methods.
·Address any billing queries and resolve.
·Complete credit and rebill calculations/cases.
·Work with others within the team to improve the billing process and reduce billing issues.
·Producing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
·Carry out amendments to account configuration / specification as requested by the client
Fluent in business level verbal and written French is essential and German would advantageous for this busy and varied position. Customer service experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office along with having a numerate mind-set is also key. This is a great opportunity to really showcase your languages experience and will require some strong analytical and problem solving skills.
