Job Description:
Good communication, listening and problem solving skills. Basic to intermediate computer knowledge. Spelling and writing skills are necessary. Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and team work awareness.

Experience: Primary Responsibilities (Job deliverables):
1.Manage incoming calls from customers, initiate proactive calls to customers and consultants relating to service issues, payment requirements, account information, etc.
2.Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
3.Have a developed rapport with the customer/consultant base, greet by/use name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude.
