Bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative Job in Brampton, Ontario Canada
Our client, a leader in the food industry, seeks a dynamic bilingual (English/French) Inside Sales Representative to join its team.
You will be dealing with smaller vendors (gas stations, variety stores), taking their food orders and up selling them on new products. The role consists of 80% outbound calls 20% inbound. There is NO COLD CALLING involved, these are existing customers
Shifts are between 8am - 7:30pm and they are set shifts (you could work 9-5 or 11-7 depending on which customer banner you have).
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales by maximizing up-selling opportunities to French speaking customers across Canada, while delivering a professional standard of customer service.
Qualifications :
• University Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of sale and/or customer service experience preferred
• An assertive, well-organized self-starter with demonstrated sales aptitude and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fact-paced, time-sensitive environment
• A results and detail-oriented professional, with exceptional verbal communication skills, superior telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be fluently bilingual in English/French (testing will be administered)
This is a contract role for the spring/summer seasons, with possibility of extension for the right fit.
