The organization is expanding and looking for dynamic individuals to join their team in the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Could you be THE ONE?
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for assisting the organization provide its current and new client base with world class service. Through your professionalism you will represent the organization consistently in a positive manner with the result of ensuring quality member experience. Your day to day duties will entail:
- the delivery of accurate, appropriate and courteous customer service
- responding knowledgeably to incoming customer inquiries related to organization's product lines
- acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients
- responsible for assuring a high level of quality customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed post secondary education or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years in a customer service experience in a fast paced, high demand environment
- 1+ years of Call Centre Experience
- Excellent Communication and listening skills
- The ability to work both in a team atmosphere and independently
