Our Houston, TX client, located in the Memorial area, is in need a Temporary to possible hire Customer Service Representatives.


Duties:
Answer heavy call volume
Respond to heavy email volume
Work in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Will work heavily in Internet explorer
Provide EXCELLENT customer service

Requirements:
Bilingual (Eng/Span) required
Some college
MUST be computer and internet savvy
Must have great communication skills; both in writing and verbal
