Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Bilingual Collections Representative (French/English) to join their ever-expanding team. Serving as the training ground for one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, the successful candidate will be charged with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Capable of handling a high volume of both English and French customer calls (inbound and outbound) to discuss various financial service issues
- Assisting clients in prompt and timely manner
- Basic administrative duties
- Handle about 70-100 calls daily as required
- Follow up calls with certain accounts
Requirements:
- Fluently Bilingual (French/English)
- 1-2 years of customer service/contact centre experience
- Some post secondary is strongly preferred
