Bilingual Customer Service Representatives - We at Manpower are currently recruiting for Bilingual (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, German, Norwegian and Danish) speaking Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client, American Express.
Responsibilities could include: * Provide excellent service to all Business Travel Account clients through general servicing of their accounts * Processing new account applications * Collection of outstanding monies on accounts * Re-educating clients as to American Expresses' processes and procedures * Updating and inputting data into relevant systems * Maintain and build excellent working relationships with internal and external customers * Provide a central point of contact for our corporate clients and first contact resolution on enquires, through both telephone and email communication.
