Adecco's Recruitment Center of Excellence has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep with bilingual customer service experience on a 1 year opportunity with a leading company in Chandler, AZ. Pay rate: $14.00/hr Job Description: Responsible for data entry and processing related to all insurance correspondence in an accurate and timely manner for high volume production department. Responsibilities: - Must accurately apply procedural knowledge and guidelines for appropriate handling of documents - Process all insurance related correspondence including necessary research and contact with customers and/or carriers, and provide documentation to support actions taken - Provide back up support to call center by handling calls during peak call volume - Must have the ability to work well with others and follow directions - High School Diploma Requirements: - 1 years Call Center Experience - Spanish bilingual and able to handle Spanish Calls - Insurance Experience is a plus - Intermediate level Word, Excel and Outlook experience - Ability to multi-task with attention to detail accuracy - Customer oriented with effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work well in a high volume production environment and meet established goals - Ability to work well with others and follow directions Education: - High School Diploma If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online or email directly to samantha.
