Bilingual (English / Spanish) Help Desk Support Technician
Job Description:
**Contract to Hire Opportunity**
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
- Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- May lead and direct the work of others
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude expected
Job Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Must be bilingual English / Spanish
- Must be able to work the following shift: Sat-Sun- 6am-6pm and Mon-Tue- 8am-6pm
- At least 1 year help desk support experience in a call center environment
- Excellent customer service and phone manner, a MUST
- A+ certification preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of help desk concepts, practices, and procedures
- May require an Associate's Degree in a related area
Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
