Travel:
10% (some business trips mainly in spring and fall as well as a few company events – e.g., summer trip, national convention, etc)
Description:
- Report to Director of Marketing (or Marketing Manager – TBD)
- Plan, implement, and review effective marketing campaigns (team base)
- Manage distributor's sales activities in Korean group (individual base)
- Order taking
- Distributors training (we fully train you first, of course) with some presentation.
- Some overnight travel required in campaign seasons (spring/fall).
Qualification:
- 2-3+ working experience.
- Experience in beauty product business or direct sales (not required but preferred).
- Strong communication skills with pro-active customer service mindset.
- Multi-tasking and time management.
- Dedicated team player while being great self-starter.
- Persistence to attain sales goal.
- Improvement seeker.
- Bilingual in English and Korean with cultural understanding.
- PC (Windows OS) and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).
- Strong work ethics.
