Job Description: This position reports directly to the company CEO/President. The CEO travel is about 80% of the time. CEO has a very busy agenda, therefore, the person is responsible for coordinating all the travel and lodging. Also, keeping the agenda updated and coordinating and making all the necessary setup for any events or meetings. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all level of the company personnel and also able to interact with external clients and associates. Reliability is a must consisting of working a traditional schedule 8:30 5:30 pm (long term basis) and able to work some overtime as needed. Title: Executive Assistant to CEO Location: Greenspoint Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 5:30 (average of 2 hours of overtime) Education: Preferably College Graduate or some college Skills: - Strong Outlook and Excel Skills, Basic to intermediate power point skills - Bilingual (Very fluent in both English and Spanish) - Previous experience supporting high-level executives - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with reconciliation of corporate card expense - Experience with booking calendars, maintaining agendas, sending out event invitation, sharing calendars through outlook Salary: 43,000 48,000 Other: Must be discrete, capable of dealing with sensitive information, and able to work well under stressful situations in a fast pace environment.
