Bilingual Financial Services Agent
Status: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm
Salary: $14+sales bonus
Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls regarding identify protection in financial services
Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote product
This role is equally sales and customer service
Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100%
Make up to $20 per sales call – this could mean up to $1000/month
Permanent role with benefits after 3 months
Work for a stable and reliable company
Work within a supportive team structure
Fluently bilingual in French and English
Previous experience in customer service/call centre
Any financial or sales experience is an asset
Must pass a criminal and credit background check
