BILINGUAL FORECLOSURE SPECIALIST
This is an outstanding position that will give a large variety of tasks to one lucky individual! The Bilingual (French/English) Foreclosure Specialist is in charge of all defaulted mortgages for a large company. The incumbent will handle all the administration and liaison with lawyers, solicitors or any third party to get the mortgage liquidated.
Arrears Duties:
- Investigation of delinquent accounts in territory portfolio
- Administration of all documents, and relationships
- Protection of financial interests
- Large variety of tasks.
Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree, college diploma or equivalent combination of education and business experience
- French / English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous mortgage default or real estate or legal experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player who also works well independently and meets deadlines
- Competency in MS Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systems
