Fraud Analyst's essential duties and responsibilities: * Monitoring our automated fraud screening application * Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction * Conducting additional research to validate purchases * Conducting follow-up research on fraudulent transactions * Works with peers and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and information American Express is an equal opportunity employer. Experience and Qualifications: * The ideal candidate will have previous e-commerce fraud prevention or investigation experience * Strong customer service skills * Successful completion background check * Requires shift-work, including weekends, non-business hours and holidays * Abide strictly by the company data protection policies * College degree (criminal justice a plus but not required) or appropriate work experience * Aggressive, persistent and inquisitive personality * Strong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall PC skills * Candidate must be 100% fluent in Spanish Job: Operations Primary Location: US-Illinois-Itasca Schedule: Full-time
