Bilingual Fraud Analyst

Fraud Analyst's essential duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring our automated fraud screening application
- Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction
- Conducting additional research to validate purchases
- Conducting follow-up research on fraudulent transactions
- Works with peers and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and information
Experience and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have previous e-commerce fraud prevention or investigation experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Successful completion background check
- Requires shift-work, including weekends, non-business hours and holidays
- Abide strictly by the company data protection policies
- College degree (criminal justice a plus but not required) or appropriate work experience
- Aggressive, persistent and inquisitive personality
- Strong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall PC skills
- Candidate must be 100% fluent in Spanish
