Manpower, a global staffing agency is seeking several bilingual call center representatives for a large call center in Wilkes-Barre. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, recent high volume call center experience and be fluent in both French and English. Duties will include: Via phone, email or written communication, assist customers, answer inquiries, document quality issues, process refunds and all call center related duties. Must have good communication and computer skills.
