Bilingual Japanese English Software Engineer
Main responsibilities:
l Gaining in-depth understanding of customer requirements/requests in order to give clear and concrete instructions to our product development team in Japan.
l Gaining in-depth understanding of our product development team in Japan’s questions, concerns and issues in order to get quick resolution from our customer.
l Tracking this information and reporting all issues to our program team and to our customer.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Japanese (read write)
- BS in Computer Science
- Entry level is considered
