We, TOP CHICAGO, are Recruiting Company specializing Internationla business to companies based on Chicago and Midwest. We are currently looking for Bilingual (Japanese ENG) Import/ Export Coordinator. Main responsibilities for this position are as follows;
- Managing products in/out of country in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Preparing and completing import/export documents.
- Checking transactions and shipping invoices with international distribution for accuracy in a timely manner.
Requirements for this position would be;
Must be fluent in Japanese and English.
Must have 2+years of import/export experience in logistics/freight forwarding industries.
Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
