Job Description Job Classification: Contract Looking for a Tier 1 Customer Phone Support Engineer to provide first tier technical phone support. Job responsibilities include answering incoming calls, collecting and tracking information, and detailing problems. Functions also include trying to resolve the issues and escalating the calls to tier 2 personnel if necessary. This candidate must be able to interact via telephone with customer personnel across multiple geographies and business types. The shift is from 11:30am to 8:30pm. Must haves: 1. Jr. Admin experience (knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and/or Unix) 2. Password resets within Windows Server 2003 3.
