Do you have hands on experience as a field technician troubleshooting and repairing large commercial grade printers and multi-functional devices?
We are currently seeking multiple Bilingual Printer Technicians to join our client's help desk on a contract to full time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a company and establish a career track as they promote from within! Printer Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing printers and multifunctional devices. Printer Technicians will also troubleshoot connectivity issues and work with multiple operating systems.
Printer Technicians with the following experience should apply:
Spanish or Portuguese
- 3+ years as a field technician with hands on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair of commercial grade printers and multifunctional devices.
- 3+ years troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- 3+ years working in multiple Operating Systems environments including Mac, Windows XP, Windows 7.0, Unix, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours. This is a 24 X 7 Help Desk Environment
