Bilingual Production Line Lead Job in Libertyville, Illinois Us
This is an excellent temp to hire opportunity for a Bilingual Production Line Leader on the 2nd shift for our client in Libertyville. This person will be ensuring the day-to-day production tasks take place in a safe and efficient manner. This person will also be leading a team of individuals to complete daily customer and company requirements.
Including:
1. Maintaining a safe and organized work area
2. Making sure production personnel follow company policies
3. Ensuring that all production is quality compliant to specified standards
4. Providing production updates to Supervisors as requested
5. Controlling and monitoring use of company equipment
6. Understanding and transmitting requirements to complete tasks o n time
7. Training on use of company equipment and procedures
8. Provide structure and leadership necessary for efficient production
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a positive attitude, ability to work with others and a good attendance and punctuality habits. Patience and leadership are a must. Have the confidence to ask questions. Have English language reading and writing skills and conversational Spanish. Have computer operation knowledge with ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and email applications. Be able to stand for several hours at a time. Be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
